  1. Meditate
  2. Practice yoga
  3. Curl up in a comfy blanket and rest. It’s ok!
  4. Listen to music
  5. Do a skincare mask
  6. Decorate your room
  7. Color or draw
  8. Eat a nourishing snack
  9. Sit or walk outside
  10. Write in your journal
  11. Make a mood board or collage (either on paper or on Pinterest) for inspiration
  12. Read a book or some interesting articles online
  13. Take a shower and then apply some nice lotion
  14. Go for a run or workout
  15. Say positive affirmations in the mirror, maybe while you do your hair or makeup
